What you'll love and what you won't
The indoor heated wave pool and amusement park kept my child entertained for hours! Perfect location with easy access to ski equipment hire on-site made our adventures seamless.
Dining options were limited, and meal prices were inflated, which might catch you off guard. The breakfast variety also lacked excitement .

The indoor heated wave pool and the indoor carousel were fantastic for my family. We enjoyed spending time in the wave pool, especially since it was accessible and warm. The spacious Twin Room with an extra bed offered comfort, even though the hairdryer was outdated. I liked the convenient ski equipment hire right on site. Meals were generally tasty, but some dining options came with a high price, and variation in the breakfast spread would have been nice during our four-night stay. We could have used more USB outlets near the beds. Charging multiple devices was a hassle. Still, the amusement park kept my child entertained, and the quiet atmosphere during the off-peak season were great.

The spacious Twin Room I stayed in was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep, while the ski equipment rental on-site offered convenience for my work-related activities. The breakfast buffet included a variety of options, such as freshly baked pastries and local delicacies, quickly replenished.
Staff showed low English proficiency and there was a lack of attention to customer service.

The indoor heated wave pool and amusement park kept my child entertained for hours. We enjoyed the spacious Twin Room with an extra bed, perfect for our needs. Although the breakfast was delicious, it would have been nice to see more variety during our four-night stay. Having convenient ski equipment hire right on site was a real plus, allowing for easy access to the slopes. The quiet atmosphere during the off-peak season made for a relaxing getaway.

The indoor heated wave pool and giant slide were fantastic for our little one, providing hours of fun without needing to go outdoors. The spacious room also had a cozy area for relaxation after a day on the slopes, much appreciated. Plus, the variety of food options offered half-board.
Some amenities were a bit pricey.

Convenient location, ski-in/ski-out, and clean room. The hotel is located very close to the ski resort, making it easy for guests to reach the slopes in no time. The ski-in/ski-out feature is an added bonus, making it easy to enjoy your day on the slopes without worrying about transportation. the room was clean and tidy, which is always a positive aspect when staying away from home.
Expensive facilities, terrible breakfast, and poor repairs. Unfortunately, the prices for the facilities at this hotel were too high compared to the value they offered.

This resort is an ideal place to stay for families with young children. the ski, in, ski, out location allows for easy access to the slopes and the ski school and entrance to the ski area are nearby. the hotel offers lots of different options for entertainment, including a wave pool, table tennis, and arcade games. In the mornings, there are early, morning amusement park visits and plenty of shopping options open for early birds. the rooms are cozy and comfortable with plenty of amenities, and the breakfast is exceptional.
The hotel can get crowded during peak times and reservations for restaurants can be hard to come by.

We had a wonderful stay at this place, surrounded by breathtaking views of the mountains and lake. The hotel's convenient location by the mini monorail and regular bus service to the shopping mall made it easy for us to access everything we needed, from ski rental and ski school to the entrance of the ski area and the gondola that took us to Mount Isola. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with amenities such as heating, air conditioning, and a sitting area. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bonus, allowing us to stay connected during our stay. The on-site dining options provided delicious meals, including halal food for those with dietary restrictions. the comfort and quality services provided by this hotel exceeded our expectations.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel facilities, including coin-operated washers and dryers, storage for skis, poles and boots in the lockers, and the public bath were very useful and convenient. The location to the gondola which brings you to Mount Isola and the transportation service to the airport ahead helped us save time and made our stay hassle-free. Plus, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very nice and helpful.
Nothing to mention.
